BlackMINT
BlackMINT is a Canadian Non-Profit Organization that champions diversity in the technology industry by empowering Black youth with the tools to develop professionally, build connections and stay inspired throughout their academic careers. BlackMINT’s mission is to mentor Black youth, provide them with practical skills, career advice, and support on their journey to becoming confident, career-focused leaders in technology.
BlackMINT offers two mentorship programs for students, depending on their unique style of learning. The Rising Star Program provides students with the full breadth of learning and experience in a classroom style workshop combined with 1:1 mentorship. BlackMINT’s on-going mentorship program delivers the more traditional and personalized 1:1 learning.
