Talent Phone Screen

Our Talent Team will conduct a 30-minute phone interview to learn more about your background, relevant experience, and skills!

Stage 3

Excel Assessment

You will receive an Excel-based task designed to evaluate your proficiency with data analysis, organization, and presentation.

Stage 4

Technical Interview

In this 60-minute interview, we will focus on your experience, some finance & accounting related questions, excel questions, and other role-related questions where applicable.

Stage 5

Senior Leadership Interview

In this final stage, you’ll meet with Senior Leaders on the team for a high-level conversation. This is an opportunity to align on vision, share your motivations for joining Vena, and ask questions.
