Our Talent Team will conduct a 30-minute phone interview to learn more about your background, relevant experience, and skills!

Hiring Manager Interview
In this stage, you’ll meet with the hiring manager to dive deeper into your experience, share your motivations for joining the company, and have the opportunity to learn more about the role. 
            - Stage 4
In Person Panel Presentation
The in-person presentation is designed to showcase how you would approach prospecting a target account, identify key stakeholders, and position Vena’s value to them. You’ll walk the panel through your account selection, outreach strategy (including a sample cold email and call track), and present a short deck highlighting Vena’s value proposition and why you’re the right fit. The goal is to assess your communication style, strategic thinking, and ability to clearly articulate business value.
