Talent Screen
Our Talent Team will conduct a 30-minute interview to learn more about your background, relevant experience, and skills!
- Stage 3
Hiring Manager Interview
In this first round, you will meet with the Senior Manager, Program Management and the VP, Professional Services. This conversation will focus on your relevant experience, including your background leading projects, managing stakeholders, and driving outcomes. You can also expect a mix of behavioural and situational questions, particularly around how you’ve handled difficult conversations and managed expectations in past roles. This is also a great opportunity to learn more about the team and ask any questions you may have.
- Stage 4
Final Interview
In this final stage, you will meet with the Senior Manager, Program Management and the VP, Professional Services for a deeper-dive conversation. This discussion will focus on how you approach real-world scenarios, your problem-solving and decision-making style, and how you would navigate situations relevant to the role. It’s also an opportunity to further align on expectations, team dynamics, and ask thoughtful, strategic questions.
