Stage 2

Talent Phone Screen

Our Talent Team will conduct a 30-minute phone interview to learn more about your background, relevant experience, and skills!
Stage 3

Functional/Peer Interview

 In this interview, you will meet with the Director, Ecosystem Business Development and Senior Director, Sales Operations to discuss your ability to operate with clear metrics and accountability, turn partner activity into pipeline and revenue, and effectively engage and qualify partners to drive early traction. 
Stage 4

Final Interview

 In this interview, you will meet with the Chief Marketing and Ecosystem Officer to align on leadership approach, long-term potential, and overall fit with the organization’s direction. 
Stage 5

Hiring Manager Interview

 In this final interview, you will meet with the VP of Microsoft Ecosystem for a working session focused on ARR ownership, execution mindset, and how you would operate in the role day-to-day.
