Talent Phone Screen
Our Talent Team will conduct a 30-minute phone interview to learn more about your background, relevant experience, and interest in the role. We'll also discuss your experience with AI technologies, customer-facing environments, and what motivates you to explore this opportunity.
- Stage 3
Hiring Manager Interview
You'll meet with the Hiring Manager for a 45-minute conversation focused on getting to know you better, exploring your relevant experience, and discussing how your background aligns with the team's goals and the challenges this role is designed to solve.
- Stage 4
Stakeholder Interview
In this stage, you'll meet with a key stakeholder from the Customer Experience organization. This conversation will dive deeper into your experience supporting customer-facing teams, driving operational improvements, and identifying opportunities where AI can create meaningful business impact.
- Stage 5
Case Study Interview
For some candidates, we'll invite you to participate in a case study presentation. This is an opportunity to showcase examples of AI solutions, automations, or transformation initiatives you've built and implemented. You'll discuss your approach, technical decisions, business impact, and lessons learned with a panel of stakeholders.
