- Stage 2
Talent Phone Screen
Our Talent Team will conduct a 30-minute phone interview to learn more about your background, relevant experience, and skills!
- Stage 3
Hiring Manager Interview
In this stage of the interview, you’ll meet with the Hiring Manager where you'll have the opportunity to discuss your relevant experience, highlight key accomplishments, and share why you believe you're a strong fit for the role and the team.
- Stage 4
Panel Interview
In this panel interview, you'll meet with two Senior Leaders from our Account Management team to discuss your leadership approach, strategic thinking, and vision for the role. As part of this stage, you'll be asked to prepare and deliver a short presentation outlining your priorities, key initiatives, and what you would aim to accomplish as Senior Manager, Account Management.
- Stage 5
Final Interview
In this final stage, you’ll meet with the Chief Sales Officer for a high-level conversation. This is an opportunity to align on vision, share your motivations for joining the company, and ask strategic questions.
